-- I would remove the word address here. Because now it may look like they have to address (do something with) ::1 So in stead: Ignore the addresses that start with “fe80:” or “2001:0:” and the localhost “::1”.

This address is a known invalid address. Encourage the customer to call their router vendor for support."
